Their Culinary Program offers students the opportunity to enhance their culinary skills by working in an industrial kitchen under the tutelage of talented educators.
The program also provides students with the business knowledge they need to run a kitchen or a business. Things like budgeting and forecasting, operations, nutrition, menu planning, team work, health sanitation and safety are all taught as part of this two-year program.
