Meet Regional Business Fund, Inc.

RBF, Inc. and the other two consolidated funds had a conference call with DOA this afternoon at which time they informed us that they anticipate having the contracts to us before Thanksgiving. RBF, Inc. had a total of 10 active Community Development Block Grant loans in the portfolio at the time of the 2012 HUD audit of the state’s program, and these are the contracts that will need to be amended. Staff will make contact with the county officials and business owners who will be asked to sign new amendments. This does include 5 loans that have been paid in full since the 2012 audit.
