The cost of turnover

The amount of turnover an employer has per year varies significantly between industries or even between businesses within the same industry.  Turnover costs include productivity losses during training, recruiting and lost work while a position is vacant.  This could be a costly expense and problem for human resource managers to mitigate to an acceptable level.
