One of the reasons we rank so highly is that the average home listing price in Dunn County is only $195,152!

The city of Menomonie is only an hour east of the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, which means it is easily within driving distance of one of the largest metropolitan areas in the country. At the same time, we have the University of Wisconsin – Stout campus where faculty are providing a world class education.
