Do you dream of standing up for the community or protecting those you love? If so, a career in law enforcement or the fire department could be right for you. The Chippewa Valley Technical College has specifically designed programs for those who have a heroic bend. With courses for future law enforcement trainees they offer classes geared to meet the certification requirements to become a Wisconsin police officer. The people who join this program come from many walks of life, including law enforcement officials from other parts of the country who are seeking to move to beautiful northwestern Wisconsin.

The program consists of 720 hours of training and is based on competency to meet the criteria set forth by the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Bureau of Training Standards, and the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards board. The course includes hands on training, field exercises, and much more. Learn more here, http://ow.ly/6c40304k7zu
