The UW-Madison has opened the floodgates for teachers looking to bring more of an engineering feel to their math and science course. Every educator knows that the only way to stay cutting edge is to keep learning, and so this unique partnership by the UW-Madison offers teachers the opportunity to get hands on research experience in bioenergy and sustainable energy systems. This is an incredible opportunity that allows teachers to bring real-life experience back to the classroom!

This is a collaboration between the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center and the UW-Madison to provide teachers with lesson development plans, fields trips to local engineering firms and labs, and a host of lesson plan ideas that are sure to get your creative juices flowing. For a small registration free, you get the teaching credits you are looking for and we will even throw in breakfast and lunch.
