A Spotlight on African Leadership

Our university is thinking globally! The University of Wisconsin-Stout has taken a leadership role, in partnership with the prestigious Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, to bring some of the most talented young African students and leaders to study at our campus. The group will consist of leaders in business, government, and non-profit organizations from Sub-Saharan Africa, who have been specially selected to participate at this program. It is highly prestigious for a university to be selected as a host once, UW-Stout has been chosen for the third year in a row. The students will participate in weekly leadership training sessions, engage with local industry leaders, academics from other institutions, and the UW-Stout community at large.
