In Menomonie and Dunn County, we know that staying connected is the key to being able to grow business. Let’s face it – nothing runs without internet and with more and more software moving to the cloud, even things like QuickBooks are hosted off of your computer. This makes having reliable broadband access critical.
There is a statewide effort to ensure that broadband is readily available for all Wisconsin citizens, even those in rural communities. With playbooks developed in 2013 and the governor committing more funding in 2016, we are on track to becoming more of a wired and connected state.
