Room Boom in Dunn County

With tourism on the rise, increased traffic on Hwy 53, and a list of aging hotels, there is an increased demand for hotels and motels in Dunn County. Enter the room boom. New hotels are being built like the Hampton Inn and Cobblestone Inn. Others are being renovated or rebuilt entirely. This activity is due to an increase in demand but the relationship is symbiotic. As more tourists stay in local hotels, there will be an increased demand for services, entertainment, restaurants, etc. Small businesses can grow as a result, leading to increased economic prosperity for all.
