ReforMedicine SC Direct Pay Family Medicine and Medical Weight Loss Specialists has opened an expansion location in Menomonie. The office is located at 1309 Stout Road in Menomonie, in space leased in a building shared with Optimum Therapies.
The Direct Pay Family Practice Clinic will be open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will be staffed by Nola Westphal, MD; Dana Toenies, NP; and Samantha Hill, CMA.
