Visit Historic New Haven

15 Jan 2018

New Haven, Wisconsin has a rich and interesting history. Arriving around 1860, the first settlers were mostly lumbermen who had to float their logs downriver to Menomonie. Once the land was clear it was open for dairy farmers to settle in the region. The town as it exists today has its roots with these dairy farmers.

New Haven has a historic town hall that has been used for nearly 100 years for the community to be entertained, for events to be hosted, meetings to be held, and the local 4H to meet. This is a friendly and beautiful community in Dunn County and it is a wonderful place to visit or live. Learn more about New Haven by visiting their website.
