Look here for the Local Labor Market Survey Results-Fall 2014

Thanks to a regional workforce initiative, the data that was derived from the Local Labor Market Survey provides an understanding of the demographics, hard-to-fill positions, retirement concerns, degrees held by employees, and other relevant and vitally important information.  Labor information is crucial for partnerships that strive to develop the workforce by narrowing the skills gap that exist for the current business environment, but also that may exist in the future to retain employers and to attract targeted industries.

300 employers in the Chippewa Valley Region, including manufacturing, education, healthcare and others, were emailed the survey.  Click on the link for more information regarding the results of the Local Labor Market Survey.
