Dunn County EDC is holding Lunch-n-Learns throughout the year.  The Lunch-n-Learns will be 1-2 hour classes over lunch featuring a keynote speaker on the topic.  Dunn County EDC will have 1-2 classes per month. One of the topics includes customer service. “According to a 2011 American Express survey, 70% of customers are willing to spend 13% more on average with businesses they believe provide exceptional customer service.”  Make sure to attend the Lunch-n-Learn regarding customer service so that your company can benefit from an increase in revenue and your customers can benefit from an increase in satisfaction.
