It is a long way from Romania. The faculty at a university are the key to ensuring that students learn what they need to be successful in their careers and life beyond campus when they graduate. UW-Stout has 272 faculty representing the wide range of subjects taught at the university. These faculty generally have earned the highest possible degree attainable — a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), or a Masters of Fine Arts (M.F.A.)--and are experts in their respective fields.
