Prevea Health has joined the community of Menomonie to offer family medicine services. Former known as HSHS Sacred Heart Family Care, Prevea Menomonie Health Center is located 1125 N. Broadway, Suite 3.
“Prevea Menomonie Health Center provides a wide variety of health care services for people of all ages and in all stages of life,” said Dr. Ashok Rai, president and CEO at Prevea Health.
