FABLAB, The Name Says It All

15 May 2017

Can you imagine a place where high-tech innovators and creative geniuses could go to design, prototype, and build their creations? A place where the only limits were those of the imagination? Well such a place exists, thanks to the University of Wisconsin in Stout. The FABLAB is just such a workshop which is designed to give students the access they need to the tools that can help bring their ideas to life. From computers to simulators to desktop manufacturing technologies, the FABLAB is a step into the future.

With an open environment, the FABLAB removes conventional barriers to development by giving the next generation access to equipment, technology, deign, and instruction within the safe confines of an incubator environment for applied research, innovation, and economic development.

This concept is catching fire around the country, and we are already two steps ahead of the game.
