Aligning Core Values

According to Forbes, “When your culture and values don’t align, your employees, customers and bottom-line business performance may suffer.”  Values are critically important for employees and customers to positively associate with the organization.  If values are not practiced and upheld by executives in the company, employees may feel less likely to respect and practice the values that customers depend on. This could reduce customer satisfaction and loyalty. Dunn County EDC is providing Lunch-n-Learns for employers on this very subject!

The Lunch-n-Learns will be 1-2 hour classes over lunch featuring a keynote speaker.  Dunn County EDC will have 1-2 classes per month.  The cost for members will be $20 and $25 for non-members.
